The rooftop restaurant was amazing with great sea views. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh fruit options. The hotel facilities were really clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Choosing for lunch la paillote, which is situated 500 feet away was a good idea. Recommended base for a vacation in Beirut! The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away...

The staff and service here were excellent, and we were impressed by the quick customer service; there are beautiful tourist spots nearby such as Sanayeh, and Le Pecheur is just a short walk away for lunch.

The room was very spacious and very well maintained with beautiful and interesting items used in the decor and delicious fresh fruit was kept ready before our arrival; the concierge was very attentive to our needs and helped us have a very pleasant experience by arranging our reservations at various restaurants and other venues, including a half-day tour to nearby attractions and especially Jeita Grotto...
The breakfast buffet was very limited compared to what I would expect from an establishment like Le Vendome; the ongoing construction next to the hotel makes it mandatory to get up by 8ish in the morning as it is impossible to sleep after that due to the very high levels of noise

Location advantage. Nice staff. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Excellent toiletries. Open-top floor restaurant with breathtaking sunset views. Close to new Zatouney Bay for restaurants and waterfront stroll.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, with lights, trees and festive decorations throughout. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always answering questions with a smile. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to plenty of restaurants and shops. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, with soft linens and comfortable bedding.
The taxi situation was a major problem. Despite asking for a recommendation, the hotel called a taxi that charged me three times the going rate.

This hotel offered a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities. The personalized service was exceptional, fulfilling all our needs. The room advantages were amazing and we enjoyed the outdoor dining area. The location offered stunning views and was conveniently close to attractions.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the service was slow at times.
